In this unique Cultural Cooking Class with Maison Foo's Story Chefs you will learn to cook PUPUSAS a traditional Central American dish.
We'd love to teach you a little bit about about our food and culture and we'll do this by teaching you how to make pupusas. These are thick savoury griddle cakes from El Salvador and Honduras made with cornmeal. In El Salvador, it has been declared the national dish and has a specific day to celebrate it.
